My practice
How do I work?
I am a relational, integrative therapist, which for me means that I work from a strong Person-Centred core and draw from other modalities such as Psychodynamics, Transactional Analysis and CBT.
I do not believe in a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to therapy and working integratively means that I am able to tailor the way that we work together depending on your unique needs and goals.
My practice is built out of an anti-oppressive, inclusive and neuro-affirming ethos. I want to meet you, exactly who you are, with all the identities that comprise you. No matter your sexual or gender identity, race or cultural background, faith or spiritual beliefs, disability, neurodivergence and anything else that makes you who you are, you are welcome, valued, and safe to be here.
I will meet you where you are, without judgement but with authenticity, care and respect.
I prioritise being authentically myself over being clinical. I believe therapy works best when you can be fully yourself – which means there's space for swearing, sarcasm, challenge, humour, tears, silence, and everything in between. I don’t expect you to filter yourself or use 'therapy-speak' – our work is about authenticity, not performativity.

A free-of-charge phone or video call lasting approximately 20 minutes prior to starting our work together.
This is not a therapy session but an informal chat where we can get to know one another and explore whether we might be the right fit to work together.
There is absolutely no obligation to work together following the initial consultation.

Initial consultation
Online therapy
£60 per session payable prior to our session.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes*.
Sessions are scheduled to best fit both of our availabilities and will be held as a regular slot for you. Initially I recommend meeting weekly, but this can be discussed and decided on together in our consultation and adapted throughout our time working together to best suit your needs and budget.
I may have some reduced-rate slots available for those experiencing financial difficulty or student counsellors. Please get in touch if this may apply to you and I will advise of my availability.
